Water Heater Issues? 

Before calling try gathering the following information to ensure a fast and easy experience. The brand of the unit, sizing, whether it located on city or well water and the location of the tank. If it is leaking, try to provide the location of the leak or send pictures to ddplumbingllc@gmail.com. 
 

New Construction? 

Looking for an estimate? Have prints? The best way to move forward with the process is to send a copy of the prints to ddplumbingllc@gmail.com or bring them into our office here at 22338 Northwestern Pike Romney where we can have one of our estimators put together an estimate for you.  

Commercial Bids?

Clogged Drains? 

The following questions will help determine the quickest resolution. Are you located on a city sewer or a septic tank? If on city is there cleanouts? If septic, when was the last time the tank was pumped? We do recommend M&W Septic 304-788-0598 for pumping services. For minor clogs try to indicate where the issue might be. We also offer commercial drain cleaning.  

Bathroom Remodel/Shower Install? 

Once an estimator has the chance to obtain measurements from designated space an estimate will be put together to suit the needs of each customer whether that is an entire bathroom remodel or just a shower install. Once the estimate is approved, we will have you come in and pick out colors and fixtures. Then our sales team will order all the material needed for the project and a scheduler will reach out once a delivery date is determined for the material. From there our technicians will begin working on your project. 

Warranties? 

Here at D&D Plumbing LLC we offer a one-year labor warranty on all work. We also offer other warranties on parts such as water heaters, well pumps etc. The best way to obtain that information is to call 304-822-3299 or stop by our office at 22338 Northwestern Pike to speak to someone in parts.
